When Hindu Tapan Trivedi set ship for the United States from India it was to study business and techonology.
He never could've imagined he would end up a stand up comedian, and neither could his parents or else they might not have let him go. The fact is prior to attending his first comedy show in Texas he wasn't exactly sure what a stand up comedian was.

Tapan was equally surprised to find himself sharing a stage with a man who was his spiritual opposite. Where Tapan has many Gods, atheist comedian Keith Lowell Jensen has none, not a one.

The two became fast friends and loved making jokes about religion, their own and everybody else's. They figured they couldn't be the only ones and soon they had put together The Coexist? Comedy Tour featuring the most diverse group of funny folks ever assembled.

The show is a run away hit with bookings at the country's top venues The Hollywood Improv, The Throckmorton Theatre, The Punchline SF, The Comedy Underground in Seattle and more.

The show always boasts five religions but with frequent guests and a rotating line up any given night migh see any combination featuring a Hindu, a Muslim, a Buddhist, a Jew, a Christian, a Mormon and God(s) knows what else.

Humans have long fought, killed and annoyed one another over their religious differences, only to make up again when they realize how much they miss the other guys' cuisine. Can't we get along despite our differences? The Coexist? Comedy Tour says Oh Hell Yeah, (or oh hell maybe at least.)

Can an atheist, a Hindu, a Christian, a Muslim a Buddhist and a Jew go on the road together, share a stage and be an example of how to get along? If not our failures should be good for some laughs.
